These gorgeous girls are his older sisters!

I just love this sweet guy and his most-amazing eyes:

And one of my own exhausted guy–this is what happens after a day of swimming and playing with cousins:

I’m holding my breath as I compose this post.  I don’t like to be in pictures. I really don’t like it.  But I do think it’s important to be in some of them, for my kids. And…even for me. It’s such a surreal experience, seeing me in a picture with my three amazing kids.

So, when my super sweet friend, Brenda, came over one day, I asked her to do this for a Father’s Day gift. (you late-night blog readers are seeing these before my husband sees them) I didn’t plan it the night before, not even the hour before. A few minutes prior to her showing up, I decided to throw on a matching dress with my girl and beg Bren to snap a few. (if I had planned it, perhaps I would have had time to tame the massive amounts of hair I have) My husband has no idea we did these, he doesn’t even know we have matching dresses!  So, without any additional stalling–I give you…us:

Brenda, thank you so, so much.

You may recognize this cutie–she’s been spotted on the blog a few times in the past two years. But this time, she has lots of gorgeous curls! She seems to have quickly gone from baby to kid but little “I” was so much fun.  I just love seeing her and watching her grow!

As with most kids, she loves the park:

And while I always enjoy our visits, Miss I sometimes does not. She was SO over me at this point:

This little one has a special place in my heart. I did maternity pics with mom and dad when I was pregnant with my own little girl, and then did her newborn pictures when I was even more pregnant.  Paige has such a sweet little soul and is loved by her mommy and daddy so much. I can just tell she is their world.

This first one is definitely one of my favorites from the session. She was taking a break and managed to entertain us all at the same time.

I’ll end with a little collage of some favorites. Paige was SUCH a trooper during this very hot shoot. Check out the three on the bottom of the collage. This was how she let us know she. was. done.

Here she is. My girl at 11 months. She’s walking. (and has HAIR!) And is just as wonderful as ever. We have big birthday plans in the making!

And before I get lots of emails asking about her outfit, it’s from Matilda Jane. Definitely one of the places I love!
