I am so excited to announce that I am joining up with a fellow photographer and wonderful friend, Brenda Acuncius, to offer mini sessions!
We hope you’ll take a few minutes to check out our new mini session site, to find out the scoop. Our first date for the sessions is going to be April 4th, just in time for some Mother’s Day gifts (hint! hint!). We are offering some awesome digital file collections for those last minute gifts!
You can use the contact form from the site to ask us questions and one of us will get back to you as soon as we can.
And while I have your attention, I’m going to add just a teeny tiny sneak peek for this sweet baby girl’s parents. A couple of weeks ago I promised to post a few more pictures from their maternity session but one cup of coffee+my kid+my lap top=bad combination.
So now, you get to see this adorable little face:

And I know I’ll get lots of emails about the cute hat. Baby “A” was kind enough to model it for me and she looked oh-so-adorable in it. It’s from Noggins n’ Bobbins!
I know I have several blog-stalkers who stalk specifically for one face. This face. My girl’s face.
So here she is. This was totally unplanned. I have been so busy lately, I haven’t taken very many pictures of her. But as I was rushing out the door to pick up her brothers today, she was sitting there smiling at me in all of her pink-polka-dotted-cuteness. So I grabbed my camera and snapped a few. Here she is (of course not smiling), proudly holding her brothers’ John Deere tractor. She’ll be nine months in a few weeks. Can you believe it?

I fully intend on posting more of this great couple as soon as I can work on their images but for now, I have just two. This beautiful mama-to-be felt huge, like all pregnant woman do, but just look at her! She has the cutest little bump and she’s due in less than three weeks. Pretty impressive C.
You really look amazing!
This first one is something a little different than I normally post but I had fun with it.

And here is one with the daddy-to-be. Thank you for being such a great sport! I know baby A is going to be so loved and laugh a lot with you guys! I can’t wait to meet her.

How cute are they??
In the mud again.

Those of you keeping up with my blog will remember Julie and her kiddos. I wanted to post about them again because we received such an amazing response after the first post about them. So many people have told me how touched they were by Julie and her incredible stregnth. I, for one, have been changed forever since meeting her. Not only do I have a new friend (survivor friend, as I like to call her) from it, but I think about her all the time and how I need to be a better mommy, a better person…a better me. In fact, I was having a tough time with one of my own kids today. I mean, we’re talkin’ make-my-blood-pressure-go-WAY-up kind of tough time.
But I kept thinking about Julie and told myself to dig deep for patience and realize how lucky I am to have my kids and my life.
Before I post the pictures, I just wanted to say how excited I am for Julie. She is going to be celebrating her 34th birthday this month! It is a really BIG deal for her because her own mother died from breast cancer when she was 33. And yes, I will be celebrating with her on for her special day. I am so excited!
Thank you, Julie, for everything you’ve taught me since I’ve known you. Thank you for sharing your words, strength and friendship. And thank you for including me in your birthday celebration!
These are a few of Julie’s favorites:

I’d also like to say thanks again to Terrah for introducing me to this amazing family!! See you soon Julie!
