This family was a photographer’s dream! Mom just wanted to capture her almost-one-year old doing what she normally does everyday. Not only was the session fun and relaxed but the whole family (even baby’s aunt!) was simply beautiful and their house just happened to have the most amazing light. I had such a great time working with you "A’s" and I hope to work with you again really soon. (hint, hint!)

And here is Mr. "B," who is just over a week old. I am proud to say he’s the newest member of our family! Not my family…as in, not my own son. But he’s my second, or third? fourth? cousin! I don’t know, but whatever the case, he’s unbelievably cute. I wanted to just hold him, rather than take his picture but I managed to force myself to put him down. Now, because Mr. B had…um…a rather "explosive" personality, we had to put his diaper back on so I don’t have any cute baby bum pictures to show you! He wasn’t exactly interested in sleeping for me yesterday but, little does he know, I’m family so I will BE BACK to catch him sleeping. Here are a few to tide an anxious Miss Cary over, as well as his parents. Thanks, and congratulations guys!!

Anyway, I will be leaving town again this weekend and will be unavailable until Monday (the 25th, is it??), at the earliest. I know lots of you are in the process of placing orders…or I still have an order for you…and some of you might even be panicking about a gallery expiration date. Sometimes kids love me, love my camera and want to be a star for the day. Sometimes kids wish the strange lady with the big huge camera would please leave their house so that they can continue on with their happy little lives. Each little guy or girl I work with provides me with a new and exciting opportunity to try and capture them and what makes them special. This is "T" and he was one that decided he could do without me being there! However, I think I may have captured one of the cutest smiles EVER from him!! Thanks to the most cooperative and willing parents, hard work from all of us appears to have paid off.
